Terms & Conditions

Sony (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Sony”) is responsible for the Sony Store 1 Day Merdeka SALEbration (“Campaign”). You are eligible to join the Campaign only if you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Campaign. By submitting your registration, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Sony reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or amend the Campaign and/or these Terms and Conditions without any liability to you should there be unforeseeable events which in Sony’s absolute opinion may jeopardize the process of the Campaign. Any cancellation, suspension or changes to the Campaign and/or these Terms and Conditions will be revised and reflected as an update(s) here. In the event of disputes regarding the Campaign or the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign, Sony shall have the right to make final decision.

1. Sony reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude any entries from the Campaign, for any reason and for no reason, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Gift Redemption are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items and may be subject to availability. Sony reserves the right to replace any gifts with items of similar value without prior notice.
3. Gift Redemption will be for selected models only.
4. The Terms and Conditions of this Campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
5. RM10 Touch ‘N Go e-Wallet pins are ONLY entitled for first 100 walk-in customers with My Sony account and will be rewarded at the registration booth during the event day on 26 August 2023.

Campaign Mechanics

1. The Sony Store Members’ Day Campaign mechanics are as follows:
   • purchase Sony’s product with minimum spending of RM 500 during the event at Sony Store, BBCC.
   • Customers are entitled to receive more than one (1) Gift throughout the duration of this Campaign Period and is subject to availability and depending on the item(s) purchased.
   • The Gift is on a first come, first serve basis, subject to availability. Customers that successfully complies with paragraph (i) may be considered as a successful Customer under this Campaign and may be entitled to the Gift.
2. Sony reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude any entries from the event/promotion, for any reason and for no reason, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Sony reserves the right to exclude any promotions from the Event, for any reason and for no reason, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

This Sony Store 1 Day Merdeka SALEbration Event shall commence from 26^th August 2023 10:00AM to 26^th August 2023 10:00PM (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”). Any extension or reduction of thereof shall be at the sole discretion of Sony.
